1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Designate Console, purchasing a subscription, or engaging Designate Solutions for consulting services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of designatesolutions.com and the Designate Console platform.

2. Description of services

Designate Solutions provides revenue operations diagnostic tools and consulting services:

Designate Console (Platform)

  • Scorecard: A free self-assessment across 5 revenue system dimensions. No account required.
  • Workspaces: Guided diagnostic assessments across 12 revenue system areas, with automated analysis and peer benchmarks.
  • Platform Analysis: Automated analysis and recommendations based on your workspace data.

Consulting services

  • Diagnostic, Optimization, Architecture, and Advisory engagements delivered under separate statements of work.

3. Accounts and access

Certain features require authentication via Cloudflare Access. By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your credentials secure
  • Accept responsibility for activity under your account
  • Notify us of unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Platform tiers

  • Explore: Free. No payment required.
  • Essentials: One-time payment of $297. Access does not expire.
  • Systems: $197/month or $1,497/year. Renews automatically.
  • Team: $397/month or $2,997/year. Renews automatically.
  • ADV+Guided: $397/month or $3,970/year. Renews automatically.
  • Advisory: $697/month. Renews automatically.

Payment processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Designate does not store credit card numbers. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate until you cancel.

Price changes

We may adjust pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers retain their current rate through the end of their billing period. The new rate applies at renewal.

5. Cancellation and refund policy

Monthly subscriptions

Cancel anytime. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds.

Annual subscriptions

Cancel anytime. Your access continues through the end of the annual period. Refunds for annual plans are available within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refund is issued but access continues through the end of the term.

One-time purchases (Essentials)

Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed workspace features beyond the initial scorecard. Once workspaces are accessed, the purchase is non-refundable.

How to cancel

Contact nate@designatesolutions.com to cancel your subscription. Cancellations are processed within 2 business days.

6. Consulting engagements

Consulting services (Diagnostic, Optimization, Architecture, Advisory retainer) are governed by individual statements of work (SOW). Each SOW specifies scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms.

General consulting terms:

  • All consulting fees are fixed-fee unless otherwise specified in the SOW
  • Payment terms: 50% at kickoff, 50% at delivery (unless otherwise specified)
  • Cancellation after kickoff: work completed to date is non-refundable
  • Deliverables remain confidential unless both parties agree to share

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Submit false or misleading information to assessments
  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract platform content
  • Reverse-engineer the platform or analysis systems
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense platform access

8. Intellectual property

Our content

The Designate Console, its diagnostic frameworks, scoring methodology, workspace designs, analysis systems, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Designate Solutions. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without written permission.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform (scorecard answers, workspace inputs, team data). We use your data solely to provide the services described and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Aggregated data

We may use anonymized, aggregated data from platform usage to generate benchmark comparisons and improve our services. No individually identifiable data is shared in benchmarks.

9. Data and privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

  • We do not sell your data
  • Workspace data is stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure
  • You can request data export or deletion at any time

10. Disclaimers and limitations

No guaranteed outcomes

The Designate Console provides diagnostic information and recommendations. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or operational improvements. Results depend on your implementation and business context.

Automated analysis

Platform recommendations are generated by automated analysis and should be treated as informed suggestions, not professional advice. Always apply your own judgment to business decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Designate Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform runs on Cloudflare Workers with global edge distribution. Maintenance windows are communicated in advance when possible.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Non-material changes (clarifications, formatting) may be made without notice.
