What's the minimum commitment?
90-day initial period, then month-to-month. Cancel anytime after the first 90 days with 30 days notice.
What's the difference between the two tiers?
Guided Advisory is the visibility layer: monthly reviews, calibration, and benchmark updates. The Advisory Retainer adds hands-on work: CRM changes, weekly strategy sessions, and priority access for teams that need someone who can act, not just advise. Most clients start with Guided Advisory and upgrade when monitoring alone isn't enough.
Can I upgrade or downgrade between tiers?
Yes. Switch tiers at any monthly boundary with 15 days notice.
