Frequently asked

Do I need a diagnostic first?
Not required. If you already know what's broken (from your own analysis or a Console scorecard), we can scope directly. The diagnostic accelerates scoping but isn't a prerequisite.
What CRM platforms do you work with?
HubSpot and Salesforce primarily. The methodology applies to any CRM, but implementation depth varies by platform.
What if we need more than 5 fixes?
If the scope exceeds targeted optimization, Architecture may be the better fit. We'll tell you during scoping. We don't upsell by underscoping.
Will this break our existing workflows?
All changes are designed, documented, and tested in sandbox before production. The 30-day validation check catches anything that needs adjustment.
